Hello. I have been working in the field since 2003, over 15 years ago. My career kicked off in South Beach, where I handled condo transactions in luxurious towers on Miami's oceanfront. In Miami I learned how to serve international and local high-net-worth clients, offering an elevated level of customer service. Upon my move to NYC I was surprised by the low quality of customer service being delivered by many salespeople and brokerage firms. I reacted by founding Brick&Mortar to offer the high level of service that I had been accustomed too. After 6 years of operating as a manager I founded the Sereny&Soltero team with David Soltero. Together we offer our own customized brand of marketing material to our clients, a deep understanding of real estate process, and our high level of service which we coined 'White-Glove'.
