Historic Stanford White Mansion on East 73rd Street In 1904, Charles Dana Gibson commissioned Stanford White to design and build this 22 foot wide brick and limestone mansion in the Neo Federal style. With Doric columns and a mansard roof, the Gilded Age house was built by the finest craftsmen of the time.
