OUR THOUGHTS: This mint condition, first floor duplex is located on the border of Williamsburg and Greenpoint. Beautifully finished with hardwood floors, modern finishes, and central HVAC, this 831 square foot home feels spacious. Both floors have over-sized windows which offer plenty of natural light, and more than enough storage space with closets above and below. A washer/dryer in the unit is gas vented to allow for full drying loads. The condo unit also offers bathrooms on both levels, with modern finishes. A nice bonus is the shared common outdoor space, which is very unique, dressed by lush plants, flowers, and trees, with furnishings. The yard is divided in 2, and as private as they come. The building is professionally managed, pet friendly, and includes low common charges along with a tax abatement running through June 2025.
THE LOCATION: Located on the border of Williamsburg and Greenpoint, you are sure to get the best of both worlds. You are in close distance to the Graham L, and Nassau G stops to enjoy some of the great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, such as Concord Hill, Mesa Coyocan, AWOL, Ringolevio, Il Passatore, One Stop Beer Shop, Basik, and many more. After a nice meal take a stroll through the neighborhood or walk to McCarren Park where you can enjoy summer festivities, or take a jog around the track. Brooklyn Steel, one of Brooklyn's hottest venues, is around the corner which hosts musical guests such as LCD Sound System, PJ Harvey, Grizzly Bear, Iron and Wine, and other bands. During the summer enjoy adult lap swimming in the park morning or night. All around this neighborhood is one of our favorites.
