63 North 3rd Street, #308
A keen eye for interior design can take this unique industrial loft from Space Odyssey to Tenenbaums. Loft 308 is an ideal canvas with an expansive interior accentuated by its high ceiling, exposed piping and a column. The home screams, “if you’ve got stuff, I’ve got space”. Its’ stairwell, freight elevator, and corridors remind us of the timeless nature of real Brooklyn loft buildings. Nearby is Domino Park, Trader Joes just across the street, Whole Foods, and a never ending list of top-notch restaurants, shops, and nightlife venues. The location is as good as it gets, placing residents right in the middle of Williamsburg's sought after Northside.
