Jake has worked on and executed commercial transactions with a wide range of size and complexity. Jake has provided advisory services to businesses such as Matcha Bar, Daybreaker, Sunday In Brooklyn, ISA, New Work Project, NOMA, Tacombi, Highlands, Ainsworth, Output, Whiskey Brooklyn, Company XIV. Prior to joining Brick & Mortar, Jake notably contributed to the commercial efforts at Brooklyn-based real estate development firm Cayuga Capital Management (CCM) responsible for more than 450,000SF of commercial space in North Brooklyn, making it one of the largest commercial developers in Williamsburg. Jake is a graduate of the Jay and Patty Baker School of Business and Technology at SUNY F.I.T. Is a native New Yorker, born and raised.
