6 Monitor Street, #2B
OUR OPINION: NO FEE! This one bedroom home includes beautiful finishes and features hardwood floors and big windows for lots of light. There is also a private juliet balcony. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher and a microwave. The unit also has a washer/dryer and has air conditioning. Pets are welcome. We love the immediate surroundings, and how peaceful the street is (people do not use this portion of Monitor Street other than residents since there is a loop of one-ways). Surrounding the building are several unique condo buildings, and Graham Avenue is steps away, lined with restaurants and shops.
