OUR OPINION: This open style duplex has 1.5 bathrooms, private laundry, a private rear patio, and 2 large walk in closets. The finishes are quite nice, featuring stainless steel appliances, slate flooring, and oversized windows. THE LOCATION: The building stands close to the corner of Richardson Street and Monitor, in Williamsburg. The distance to the train is roughly 10 minutes by foot. We love the immediate surroundings, and how peaceful the street is (people do not use this portion of Monitor Street other then residents, as there is a loop of one-ways). Surrounding the building are several unique condo buildings, and Graham Avenue is steps away, lined with restaurants and shops
